Shopping is a good way to spend your holidays to Cancun, the town has developed into a shoppers’ paradise with American-style malls and plenty of traditional Mexican markets, selling everything from designer clothing and duty-free perfumes to locally made handicrafts. Flea markets such as The Zocalo in the centre of the Hotel Zone and Xel Ha in the older section of the city have become popular with tourists in recent years. Cancun holidays are well-known as a non-stop party town, and the town offers an assortment of entertainment, from clubs and discos, to quieter bars and traditional Mexican bars playing Mariachi music.

Food and drink
