Flights to Grand Cayman are operated in the main airport here, ‘Owen Roberts International Airport’. British Airways have flights departing twice weekly direct from London to Grand Cayman, with prices varying throughout the year. There is a departure tax of $25.00 here, but the tax is often included in the price of your ticket.
