Jibacoa holidays, Cuba, are situated roughly between the popular resort of Varadero to the east and the capital Havana to the west. Since Varadero is the slightly closer of the two at around 30 miles, the transfers from Varadero airport should be a little shorter, at around 45 minutes to an hour. Both charter and scheduled airlines operate flights to both of these Cuban airports. Getting to Jibacoa is usually achieved via airport transfers booked through the operator, or by taxi, which will often agree a fixed fee before departure. In the resort Jibacoa is compact enough to be able to walk around to find most things. Short cruises are available to sample attractions of Jibacoa’s neighbouring resorts.
